Sync Offline Changes
Your design tokens in Toolabs and styles in Figma are automatically synced only if the plugin is open and your design system project is loaded.
Otherwise, there are two cases which might cause design tokens and Figma styles to be different:
- Design tokens are modified in Toolabs DSM
- Figma styles (which are linked to design tokens) are modified
When you open your design system from the plugin, it scans all tokens and Figma styles to check if there is any diffrence between styles or names.
➥ If there are differences, it is not possible for the plugin to decide on whether the Figma style or the design token has the correct value. Therefore, you have to manually sync the chagnes from the following screen :
