Real-time collaboration requires a team subscription . After you setup your team and invite team members, everyone in the team can work simultaneously on the same design system project and see everyone's changes instantly.
The design system being the single-source-of truth in your workflow, each member of the team can work either from the plugins for Figma and Adobe XD or from Toolabs web application at the same time.
Setting-up the Team
You can create new teams and edit existing ones from your Dashboard page. The Team Settings panel lets you :
Invite new members or resend invitations if it is in pending mode
Remove a member from the team
Change member type (admin, editor, or viewer)
Sharing Projects with a Team
You can share your design system projects with teams that you own or you are a member of in two ways.
From the project card's context menu in your dashboard
By opening the Team Panel if you are editing the project.
